LBK Lawyer Secures $350,000 in Philadelphia Sidewalk Accident Case
Last week, firm partner Guy D’Andrea settled a fall accident case in Philadelphia for $350,000. The accident occurred at a drugstore/pharmacy in Chester Springs, PA, which is located north of Exton, roughly 30 miles outside of Philadelphia.
The plaintiff tripped and fell on the sidewalk in front of the drugstore and suffered major injuries including a fractured hip which required surgery. As a result, the plaintiff incurred thousands of dollars in medical bills, and also lost some time from work.
