Case Summary: This case involved a trench box which collapsed during disassembly. The client suffered major, catastrophic injuries. Paul argued that the manufacturer of the trench box was at fault for failing to provide any assembly/disassembly instructions. This work accident case was initially thought to be only a workers’ compensation case, but due to Paul’s diligence, was a viable and ultimately successful products liability case against the manufacturer of the trench box.
