Laffey, Bucci, & Kent partner Brian Kent spoke with Philly Voice reporter Natalie Hope McDonald about the firm’s lawsuit against Valley Forge Military Academy and College. The lawsuit, filed in April, alleges devastating physical, sexual, and emotional abuse of the plaintiff, John Doe.
Kent explained that the purpose of the lawsuit is about “exposing the habitual abuses that were happening at the school.”
Kent also told McDonald that he expects to file additional complaints. Anyone with information about VFMAC or who has been victimized themselves can call the law firm’s hotline at 855-382-3385.
