Laffi, Bucci & Kent partner Brian Kent was quoted in a Philadelphia Inquirer article about a lawsuit alleging that elite preparatory school Germantown Academy tolerated physical and mental abuse of several swimmers by renowned coach Richard Shoulberg. Kent represents the ex-swimmer who brought the suit claiming that Shoulberg was allowed to continue coaching despite the many verified claims of abuse that occurred during his tenure.
“We wanted the truth out there in regard to what occurred,” Kent told The Inquirer.
