A Pennsylvania massage therapist has just been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a client during a massage. James Deiter, a 63 year old massage therapist, was employed at a Massage Envy Franchising LLC spa located in West Goshen, Chester County. West Goshen is roughly 40 miles outside of Philadelphia. According to a press release by the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, the defendant was previously employed at Pathways to Healing in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The alleged incident occurred earlier this month on May 2. The client had several previous appointments with the defendant without incident and even recommended him to friends. The Chester County District Attorney’s Office has alleged that the client was subjected to various acts of sexual abuse on May 2. He has since been arrested and charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.
