Federal agents issued a “Jane Doe” alert last week, seeking a woman who they believe produced child pornography videos featuring her and a man abusing two young girls. The girls are believed to be between the ages of 3-5 and 5-7. These victims do not appear to have been identified and may still be in danger.

Last week, the Homeland Security Investigations division of the ICE issued a Criminal Complaint and Arrest Warrant in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

According to the Complaint, the videos were made in approximately February, 2010 and in the background of the video, several US Army issue items can be seen, including a duffel bag, desert boots and a poncho liner. The book, Animal Tracking Basics, by John Young and Tiffany Morgan can also be seen.

This woman is described as a Caucasian, between the ages of 25 and 35. She has a medium build, dark brown hair and blue eyes. She has a large mole on the back of her left thigh. She also has crooked teeth.

Anyone with any information is urged to call the Homeland Security Investigation Tip Line at 1-866-347-2423 (24 hours a day). An online tip form also is available at www.ICE.gov/tips.
