A: Under Pennsylvania construction site accident law, an owner may be held liable for an injury which occurs on a construction or worksite. However, in order to be liable, the owner must have assumed control, supervision or management of the site operations. Simply owning the land or building being constructed is not a sufficient basis of liability.
