He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University School of Law and has also lectured at Temple University School of Law. Previously, he served as Chair of the American Ireland Fund, Young Leaders of Philadelphia. In addition, he served on the board of directors at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the University of Delaware Alumni Association.

Mr. Kent focuses his law practice on injury litigation, particularly cases involving work injuries and crime victims’ rights. He has been on the forefront of injury litigation and victim advocacy, seeking justice for his clients. His cases have been featured in national media. In one case, the firm handled a civil child molestation lawsuit against a sitting state court judge in Delaware. The case received widespread media attention. Mr. Kent routinely lectures on legal topics related to work injury as well as crime victim injury law.
