About Philadelphia Priest – Father Joseph J. Gallagher
Father Gallagher was ordained in 1963. He retired in 2006 and was one of the priests placed on administrative leave in 2011. He served at the following Philadelphia area parishes and schools:
- Assumption, B.V.M. Philadelphia (1963-1965),
- Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul, Philadelphia (1965-1970),
- St. Michael, Chester (1970-1974),
- Serra Club of Philadelphia (1972-1974),
- Ascension of Our Lord, Philadelphia (1974-1979),
- Little Flower High School for Girls, Philadelphia (1977-1979),
- St. Monica, Philadelphia (1979-1983),
- St. Mark, Bristol (1983-1990), and
- St. Richard, Philadelphia (1990-2006).

Father Gaspar was ordained in 1998 and served at the following parishes:
- St. Jude, Chalfont (1998-2001),
- St. Joseph, Collingdale (2001-2003),
- *personal leave (2003-2005),
- Corpus Christi, Lansdale (2005-2008), and
- Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven (2008-2011).

Reporting a Case of Priest or Pastor Sex Abuse
The Philadelphia Archdiocese has created a special office for investigating allegations of priest sex abuse. However, it is important to note that this office is not a government law enforcement office and any statements can be used against the person making the report. Instead, any person who would like to report an allegation of priest sex abuse should contact government law enforcement:
